ANDON Showcases "6-Zero" Clean Production Solutions at ALUMINIUM BHARAT 2026

ALUMINIUM BHARAT 2026, India's exclusive aluminium products exhibition, was held from 26 to 29 September at the Helipad Exhibition Centre in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. ANDON International Group participated as a Platinum Sponsor and spent the four days of the show meeting aluminium processors from India and the wider region at Hall 1, Stall A-6.

Twenty years of focus, with clean production at the centre

The booth was built around a single theme — Metal Surface-Treatment Solutions — and set out ANDON's technical base in the surface treatment of aluminium, magnesium, steel and copper: 20 years of industry experience, three production bases, 6,000 tonnes of annual capacity and more than 20 national patents, together with High-Tech Enterprise accreditation and ISO9001 certification.

The most-discussed subject at the booth was ANDON's long-standing "6-Zero" clean production standard — zero fume, zero ammonia nitrogen, zero fluoride, zero phosphorus, zero chromium and zero nickel. In a market where environmental regulation continues to tighten and wastewater treatment costs keep rising, the question for processors is no longer whether to move toward cleaner chemistry, but how to do so without compromising finish quality or productivity.

From polishing to sealing: a complete process answer

Five areas drew particular attention during the show:

• Fume-free mirror-bright polishing agent — zero smoke and high gloss, positioned as an alternative to conventional tri-acid polishing, improving the working environment and reducing the downstream wastewater load;
• Fluorine- and phosphorus-free degreaser — keeping fluoride and phosphorus out of the wastewater stream at source;
• Black electrolytic colouring additive — consistent colour and evenness, with extended bath life;
• Nickel-free sealer and chromium-free passivator — for markets with strict controls on heavy metals;
• Closed-loop recyclable polishing process — reducing discharge and material loss by design.

Beyond anodizing, ANDON's portfolio now extends to powder-coating pretreatment chemicals, steel finishing chemicals and copper finishing chemicals, serving six application fields: 3C electronics, cosmetics and packaging, automotive, aerospace, and solar and building profiles.

A long-term supplier for the Indian market

During the show, extruders, anodizers and application companies from across India visited the booth to discuss polishing, colouring and sealing in detail. Technical questions raised on site were documented individually, and follow-up with each visitor has been arranged.
