Aluminum is "anodized" for the purpose of corrosion resistance, improved appearance, hardness & wear resistance, and for a number of specialized reasons like better glue-ability (adhesive bonding) for structural use, improved paint adhesion, and enhanced capacitance in electronic applications.

It consists of process of degreasing, etching, desmutting, anodizing, coloring and sealing, and related equipment to support these process, like rectifier, crane, chiller etc.

The design is made follow the principle of “meet capacity, easy operate, low cost running, simple maintenance, durable ”, referring to the advance design from worldwide and feedback from the workers.
